Dr. Sara Marks Tabby graduated from the University of Rochester School of Medicine in 1980. She did a General Surgery internship and Physical Medicine Rehabilitation residency at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York. In 1984 she started working as a member of the Moss Rehabilitation group practice for seven years and then went into private practice. Her office practice focuses on outpatient evaluations, treatment and electrodiagnosis. Because of her extensive dance and musical background, she has expertise in dance and music related injuries. She travels nationally for the V.A. to evaluate U.S. military veterans with a variety of injuries and illnesses including traumatic brain injury. She has an interest in caring for people who have become homebound with chronic disability. She recognizes the challenges faced by patients and their families in this setting. She provides medical legal consultation by request for personal injury, work compensation and medical malpractice. Dr. Sara Marks Tabby worked extensively in Haiti as a volunteer physician.
Jeannette Rentas received her Medical Assistant certification from Harris School Of Business in 2015. There after she began her externship at Sial Medical & Dental, where she gained her experience in Vitals, Phlebotomy, Spirometry, ECG, etc. and soon after she was hired. In 2017 she was hired here at Proactive Physical Medicine. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
