Dr. Sara Tabby graduated from the University of Rochester School of Medicine in 1980. She did a General Surgery internship and Physical Medicine Rehabilitation residency at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York. In 1984 she started working as a member of the Moss Rehabilitation group practice for seven years and then went into private practice. Her office practice focuses on outpatient evaluations, treatment and electrodiagnosis. Because of her extensive dance and musical background, she has expertise in dance and music related injuries. She travels nationally taking care of veterans with a variety of injuries and diseases including traumatic brain injury. She provides medical legal consultation by request for personal injury, work compensation and medical malpractice. Dr. Sara Marks Tabby has been working in Haiti since 2010, at first in an emergency capacity after the earthquake and at the present time developing rehabilitation programs.
Rebecca Velasquez graduated from Cittone Institute Tech school with her Medical Assistants Certification in 2005. She did her Medical Assistant internship at Temple Family Medicine in Philadelphia. Soon after she graduated she was hired at Delaware Valley Orthopedic and Spine Center in 2006, as a Medical Assistant Receptionist where she gained her experience with Medical Terminology, vital signs, answering phones in a professional matter, scheduling appointments, keeping patients files organized, prepping exam rooms for doctors and patients and medial records preparation. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Jeannette Rentas received her Medical Assistant certification from Harris School Of Business in 2015. There after she began her externship at Sial Medical & Dental, where she gained her experience in Vitals, Phlebotomy, Spirometry, ECG, etc. and soon after she was hired. In 2017 she was hired here at Proactive Physical Medicine. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
